Hamza Shatela is the Chief Technology Officer and the founder of SlideSigma.com. With his ten years of combined experience in the web design and development fields, Hamza has a proven track record of success in the technical development and continuous oversight of large-scale, premier websites that span a multitude of industries both nationally and abroad. Hamza adopts a hands-on approach in his role as a team lead and is directly involved in the projects that his teams work on, managing the organization, research & development, design, execution, and marketing phases of each one.
Hamza has recently worked on and is a member of the team at the Foundation for Gender-Specific Medicine, a non-profit organization that funds gender-specific research for Columbia University and John Hopkins University. His complete redesign of the foundation’s website and targeted call-to-action strategy helped fortify the organization’s digital presence and his approach through this revamping methodology led to a marked increase in direct donations to the foundation through the redesigned website portal, considered one of the primary goals of this project.
Due to his experience and rapid growth within the digital technology sector, Hamza has been able to work with over forty US-based companies on a series of projects that include but are not limited to the complete re-development and design of the primary websites for Horizon Projects Consulting Corp, Around Town Entertainment, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, BridePurse.com, Metro Autobody Inc., Metropolitan Host, and the Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church website.
In addition to website development and design, Hamza also works on independent digital and technology-based projects for major corporations, such as creating complex user dashboards for MEDSec.com, Dentsu Media, BNY Mellon, Decker Communications, and Greenman Consulting. Hamza also developed a uniform brand identity for IndusMente.com, and was in charge of identifying security-based encrypted and non-encrypted connections with the MEDSec development team to protect confidential MRI information regarding its patients.
Hamza is a perfectionist by nature and enjoys challenging projects that allow him and his team members to grow. With his combined experience and his role as a team lead, Hamza’s main goal is to ensure that he not only meets client demands but also exceeds every one of their expectations.
